What happens, when an employee dies?

No one anticipates it, and yet, unfortunately, it happens all too often: the death of an employee. It not only plunges his or her family but the entire company into a situation of powerlessness.
A death in the company changes the situation from one minute to the next. It has a massive impact on the performance of the surviving employees. Many companies underestimate the impact such an event can have.
Companies are confronted with a situation they are unprepared for and the impact of which they cannot assess. A multitude of questions arises:
- Does the family of the deceased need support in organising the memorial service?
- Does the family need administrative support?
We support companies on behalf of the personnel managers, the survivors personally. The companies can offer an additional service here.
We offer three packages, all excluding external costs (e.g. flower arrangements, sympathy cards etc.)
- Service package “complete”
The service is provided at home, with personal advice and the preparation of a rundown as well as a to-do-list for the organisation of the funeral. (15h included)
- Service package “medium”
The service is provided at home, with personal advice and the preparation of a rundown as well as a to-do-list for the organisation of the funeral. (7h included)
- Service package “basic”
The service is provided at home. The concrete organisation after that is carried out by the bereaved. (3h included)
